Create series and or/combine

If the numbering and order are the same as the English series, we would not create a different series.

From a quick look for the first request, the page count is different for the Dutch books vs. the English editions, so they should not be combined.
If they are unique publications, they can have their own series.
The Dutch editions also lack info like page count at the moment. Titles also need to be corrected to GR standard.

If no-one else comes along, I can add this to my list of projects.

Since I was already working on this series, I have finished adding the books to the series and adding details to the Dutch editions, even though the request is deleted and the user who requested it seems to be no longer on GR.
