Problems with The Paper Menagerie by Ken Liu

The Paper Menagerie and Other Stories (collection published 2016) needs to be separated from the original 2011 publication of the standalone short story “The Paper Menagerie” — The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, March/April 2011.

Right now, they are being treated as the same work (including awards and original publication date).

According to the manual, short stories published only in magazines should not be added to the database:
Non-book Items
The following is a list of items that should not be added to the database:
...
* Shorts:
***Short stories only published in an anthology or magazine
...

However, the manual also states the following:
If an award is given to a single short story, only a standalone publication of the story should list the award.
The original publication of "The Paper Menagerie" (not the collection in the database) won both the 2011 Nebula and the 2011 Hugo award.

How can this be resolved?

What we have here is a mess.
We actually have an edition for the short story here but as you can see it's actually not, it's the magazine. The Russian edition seems to be a magazine too and the Swedish edition is a link to a website. Finally, the Audiobook is another link to a website. None if these is a publication of the short story, and I think they should all be removed, leaving no target for the award. But I'll live that decision to a more experienced librarian.
