Remove unpublished versions

Goodreads doesn't delete out of print editions.

Once you have republished it, though, we can add that new edition and you'll have the ability to set the new edition as the default so that it's the one that shows up in searches & on your profile.

Original message removed, but a new edition was added: Escape from Palmar. I added some details and reverted several edits which were done against policy by the author. Please don't remove valid date and messages on old editions.
