series or not?

Although based on the page count there might be more included in the English edition (240 pages, vs. 48 pages for each of the Dutch editions).

I corrected the English edition to be #1-4, though frankly I'm not certain it should be included at all. A more appropriate way may be to mention it in the description like we do when the first release is one volume and then multi-volume releases are made, see for example this thread: https://www.goodreads.com/topic/show/...
