My name is Jordan I am 25 from Virginia. I found shiver through Barnes and noble. I love Maggie S. She is also from Virginia, and she also has her own music on her site! So cool. I love the Shiver series! I was very disappointed in the end of Forever but maybe rereading will bring new light?
I love "the wolves of mercy falls" I think is my favourite trilogy, I want to read "sinner" before I can, I love you Maggie. I hope that in this book you can make us feel, cry, laugh, like in the other 3.

Every time, and the very last page too.
I haven't read this series in quite a while so of course I'm excited!!! I love this series sooo much and the scenes I remember are still so incredibly amazing. The first time I read Shiver, I seriously cried. It was that good. I had to take a breather from all of that awesomeness before I went to the next one.Actually, the first time I read it, I didn't even know that it was a series! I had been told a peer at school and I almost died from pure excitement those next books were just as amazing, if not more. I was on edge and captivated the WHOLE time. This series is one of the best and one of my favs. Go Maggie S.!!!!!!! Cant wait for the new one!
Two more hours and it's officially Tuesday,July 1 the day we've been waiting for,Sinner comes out I'm literally counting down the minutes
It's here!!! A big HAPPY BOOK BIRTHDAY to
Sinner
by Maggie Stiefvater!
Sinner is the companion book to the Shiver trilogy. Leaving Mercy Falls behind, in Sinner, we follow Cole and Isabel as they embark on a new werewolf- and snark-filled adventure in Los Angeles.
Starting today (July 1), we'll be discussing Sinner here. We hope you'll read along with us!
In the meantime, feel free to continue discussion on this board

I forgot how beautiful this book is and how much I loved it. I cried through the whole thing this time because it knew what was going to happen and it hurt me to think that Sam and Grace were gonna have to go through it all over and again and they had no idea what was coming. (kinda stupid, huh?) absolutely one of my favorite books. poetic, beautiful, and emotional.
I'm from Canada, July first is Canada day! All the stores were closed! Then today we had a family dinner. I'm practically jumping up and down waiting for the stores to open tomorrow so I can buy Sinner, I can't wait. Shiver was amazing!
The part where Sam was in the bookstore at the beginning just waiting for her to notice him, I felt so bad for him and I barely new him. Maggie is an awesome writer.
I met Maggie at Barnes&nobles yesterday for her book tour! It was a dream come true. I got the special cover for sinnerAnd bookmarks that go with all of her books. They were also selling lament and ballad!!!
I had a friend who had read this book and she loaned it to me to read and after our fallout I kept her copy mwuahahaha But yeah, I love this book, so poetic and simple, plus who wouldn't LOVE the blue font??
I know! omg I especially love Linger and Forever with green and red font! like, HOW COOL IS IT??????AND MEGHAN YOU ARE SO LUCKY TO HAVE MET HER!!!!

I know! At first when I saw it i thought that it was just a shadow and then I saw wait the letters are acualy the color! Did you notice that the font in shiver is sorta blue!?
i've read all 3 books twice now and the last book always makes me cry. haha. the books are amazing though and i do love them
oh god I know! No other series has made me cry in EVERY. SINGLE. BOOK.well there was one more, but the first book didn't make me cry, even though there were 5 books in the series...
but it's a close second. Because I think I got teary the first time....
anyway that's rambling, sorry. (Read the Violet Eden Chapters/The Embrace Series (as it's known overseas))
I love how the rolls are reversed. Shiver is not about a boy who saves a girl it's the other way around. Most girls are written as sensitive and one pointed but Steifvater does a really good job of Making Grace a strong female with more good points than most female charters. Sam is the emotional one in the relationship. He runs on how he feels and believes in fair tails that grace would never think existed. Every time I read about Sam i felt like I was looking at a guy who felt comfortable with his own silence
I think I do.. At least my hurt does every time I read it because it shows us just home much Sam would go through just to be with Grace for a little longer Renée wrote: "Aww that scene was gorgeous! Also, does anyone else ALWAYS cry at the part where the car crashes?
