Separating two editions?

#1: You’re right: it clearly says it’s an adaptation on the cover.

Separated out paperback and Kindle editions, and recombined (separately). Also added a librarian note to both editions to prevent inadvertent recombining.

Moved the adaptors' names to being first on the record per policy. Hopefully that will also help with it not being recombined.
