Jennifer (jhaltenburger) | 648 comments Done with my first! No Ghouls Allowed (Ghost Hunter Mystery, #9) by Victoria Laurie . The second will be melancholy because it's the last of this now-finished series, which i've really enjoyed.

Next up, then: A Ghoul's Guide to Love and Murder (Ghost Hunter Mystery, #10) by Victoria Laurie

At least i still have more than half of her other paranormal series to go.....

They are murder mysteries for children and young teens, but very good and like a kind Agatha Christie for younger people.

message 90: by Helen (new)

Helen (helennn) | 1020 comments I've finished both my books for this month, The Chocolate Mouse Trap (A Chocoholic Mystery, #5) by JoAnna Carl and The Chocolate Bridal Bash (A Chocoholic Mystery, #6) by JoAnna Carl by Joanna Carl. Both quite good mysteries, but the descriptions of the chocolates became a bit tedious in the first of the two, and the Chocolate trivia seemed irrelevant.
The story line and characters did develop quite considerably in the second one.

So very sorry to hear of your loss. I am sending prayers to you and your family to get through this very difficult time. I have been there and it is a hard thing to handle. But with the help of family and friends will get you through.

Remember you always have many friends here in this group to help you!

Jeanne (oldemill) | 204 comments I have managed to finish only my first book for April. Fortunately I am well on my way with the second. We are currently on a cruise in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Thought I would have tons of time to read but that has not proved to be the case. Internet is so unreliable out here I don't know whether I should join for May or not, but will try.
