We're happy to announce the results of our next March book poll! We'll be reading Redefining Realness: My Path to Womanhood, Identity, Love & So Much More by Janet Mock!

Janet Mock is a Black trans woman who has been an activist for several years to raise awareness about trans issues around the country. She's an amazing woman, and we can't wait to discuss her life and work with you!

-When does it start?
Our readalong starts March 15.

-When will we discuss the book?
We'll discuss on Goodreads throughout the month and hope everyone will share content, questions, and reactions while they're reading along. It shouldn't be an issue for this because this is a memoir, but please be clear when your post contains spoilers or trigger warnings. We'll also discuss on Litsy from April 10-15, posting a question a day. If there's enough interest, we'll also have a discussion on Twitter, time tbd.

-Do I need to read the whole thing to participate?
No! We're an open group, so we try to ask broad questions so as many people as possible can benefit from our discussions about social justice and awareness and learn something from the perspectives offered in the book.

-What if I finish late?
We still hope you'll join us to talk about what you've read so far! But our discussion on Goodreads will always be open, so feel free to share your thoughts whenever you read the book, not just during the month of our readalong.
