I'm not sure how to explain this one ...
World Book Night receives donations, they use the money to print these books and then mail out cases of books to people to give away on World Book Night.
When I googled publish a book this is what I found:
"To publish means to make information and literature available for the public to view. Publishing involves the process of producing and distributing literature so that the public can have access to it."
Since World Book Night printed the books and distributed the books, I assumed they would be considered the publisher.

There are many editions on worldcat that partially match your description. This looks the closest, especially the "Bulwer's Novels" on the cover:

So sorry that my post was confusing. I should have said it is a two in one book instead of just listing the book titles with a space between.

Question ~ How do I add a rare edition to the book list? I have an antique hardcover of Pinocchio by D. Collodi I can not find on GR.
Fully illustrated by Frances Brundage in 1924 published by Saalfield Publishing Co of Akron, Ohio. (Every Child's Library) 247 pages.
The pages are as thick as construction paper.
I can snap a picture of the cover but don't know how to post it.

Reverted bad cover change in edition history, which revealed your cover originally attached to the record. Marked it an ace, created a new edition with newer cover, and moved ISBNs over in accordance with GR policy for ACEs:
