Diana looked at the man, trying to hold back a laugh. He looked funny to her. "Do you recognize the man?" She questioned Heppy. He did not look familiar to her, but maybe to Heppy.

"No I don't. Let's try and figure out who would want to hurt Jay. Then we can narrow down the suspects." Heppy said and tried to think of people.

Diana started to think, but no one really came to mind. When they traveled together, only really good things happened, and no one wanted to kill Jayce, so she was confused. "Could it have something to do with his past?"

Heppy looked concerned "Possibly. There is one in particular. The village we were born in..." He looked very upset

Diana looked at him. "Didn't you guys run away or something like that?" She asked. "I can imagine someone trying to find you if you did..."

"Yeah. They might want us back. I don't know for what reason though. It's not like we stole anything on our way out." Heppy said

"Didn't you guys work for them? Maybe you guys never finished a project and they need you to finish it?" She suggested. "But wouldn't the person grab Jayce and you and then force you to finish it?"

"Well Jay weighs a lot. He probably tried but couldn't lift him. What would a kidnapper do when they realize they can't take the kid. Maybe he'll try to ransom jay. Say that we have to help him or he never tells us how to wake him up."

"I would have though if they wanted to ransom they would have taken you, or if they followed him for a while, taken me." She said calmly. "But i mean, if they wanted him to help them, then why put him in this deep sleep?" Diana said, questioned the motives of the culprit. What he did made no sense.

"Maybe he did it just try and get at Jay. He has been keeping an eye on them for a while now. Perhaps they're planning something and fear he might try to stop them." Heppy hypothesized

Diana noticed, and somewhat hit him on the head. "Heppy, snap out of it." She said. "And i would close Jay's memories things, just in case." There was a pause. "I dont thing something is right here."

Heppy nodded and closed the interface. The panel went back into Jay's neck. Heppy sighed and sat down "So what should we do?"

"Try to find a way to wake him up?" She said, going back to the original plan. "Bring him to the infirmary, maybe they know something and can help?" Diana suggested.

"Diane, Jay is a semi-solid autonomous robotic survival organism. I don't think they'll know what to do." Heppy said and curled himself around Jays neck. "I don't think anybody will know what to do." He said sadly. Heppy forced himself to sit up "No. You're right. We have to try the infirmary. You never know right." He sniffed

Diana smiled as she got up, and tried to pick up Jayce. She failed. "You weren't kidding, i cant pick him up." A frown appeared on her face. "How are we suppose to get him to the infirmary now..."

"Hm. Well it is just downstairs. We could ask them to come up here." Heppy suggested "Why don't you go ask if they can do that?"

Heppy got a devilish grin on his face "I have an idea." He started poking jays neck again. "I can manually override his motor controls. In other words I can take control of his body. It may be difficult though since our bodies are so different."

Diana just looked at him and nodded. "I can help guide him if you want." She said, propping the 'sleeping' Jayce up into a sitting position.

"Please do. But be careful." Heppy stuck his claws into slots that appeared in the back of Jay's neck. Jays body twitched. Then is clumsily tried to stand up. It stood but was very unstable.

Diana nodded and put one hand around his waist, and then put his closest hand around her neck, grabbing that arm with her free hand. "Alright, lets hit it!" She said as she walked out the door.

Heppy walked jays body out door "Geez how do you guys walk with only two legs." He stumbled a by and almost fell but caught himself.

"Balance." Diana chuckled as she help guide them out of the dorm. "You get use to it." She said with a smile as they walked down the path to the guild hall.
