Idea For People Who Don't Use Magic

Okay I have a situation...and I'm completely stuck. So I'm writing a book where there are two groups of people Wizards (not the Harry Potter point your wand and cast a spell wizard. Its just a name for people have the ability to control and manipulate the magical elements) and humans (which I have no name for at the moment for those who are not born with the ability to control and manipulate the magical elements) would anyone be willing to give me some suggestions, I am willing to give you full credit for any suggestion that I use.
