We learned a lot more about the Delphi Center. Your impressions? Does the fact that it is privately funded make a difference in their effectiveness?

My impressions were that they are very professional and have the funds necessary to do whatever it takes to solve cases.

I liked that they could change priorities at will. In a bureaucracy, that's much harder to do.

I liked them immediately after learning about their history and the philanthropist who donated tons of money to solve rape cases.

I like it being privately funded they don't have to go by the books so much.
