I'm seeing some abnormalities in my account and I'm wondering if somehow I have two profiles. Last month I had followers this month I do not, Although if you go to my profile it says differently. I'm confused. My account says if was set up in February 2017 but I've been a member since 2014. Anyway I need help figuring this out please.

Looks like your reader profile did not merge with your author profile. You'll have to contact Support (either support (@) goodreads.com or through the Contact Us page (https://www.goodreads.com/about/conta...). Librarians can't help with this.
