SOLVED. Romance where heroine is asked to get a job at the hero's company by the competition so she can spy on him. [s]

I am looking for a book I read a while back but I only got to read the beginning. I dont recall much about it and I could be wrong about somethings. The heroine is asked to spy on the hero's company. She is choosen because she is really beautiful. She does end up getting the job but chooses not to spy(she didnt want to spy to begin with). She meets the hero and they end up sleeping together but I don't think she knew who he was at the time. They don't meet again utill after a while.

Extra info I just remembered: The hero is always one step ahead of them (it think the hero knew the competition and was purposely trying to ruin them) I think the book starts off with somones telling the boss of the competition that the heros company outbid them again by just a little bit. (I think they want the heroine to find out how much the hero is going to bid on the next project so the can win)
