Per the GR Librarian Manual: https://www.goodreads.com/help/show/2...Introductory material paged using roman numerals is not included in the total page count.
Those items do not count towards page numbers.

ETA2: Actually, don't have time now, but will look back into this, as this includes a novella that I'm not certain all editions do.
Hi AlexI believe all the books included the novella and intro and other bits.
The novel was originally published in 3 parts in Spectrum SF magazine in November 2001, May 2002 and November 2002.

The 352 pages goodreads has for this ISBN is every page between the covers. It is a little more complex than that.
Starts with the usual copyright details, then there is an INTRODUCTION (an essay titled Charlie's Demons) by KEN MACLEOD, pages counted as roman numerals.
