I believe the Beauty and the Beast soundtrack comes out this week I am anticipating that as well. Commenting on and posting discussions as well as catching up on a lot of reading is what happens when your bosses leave for vacation for three weeks and you are completely alone at work six days a week. lol

I tend to listen to calming music on Youtube lately, it's really great if you want to fall asleep or calm down instantly. Just look for "music for studying, falling asleep...".And some of the songs of Beauty and the Beast are so soothing, I LOVE them. Gets me down to earth instantly. "Days in the sun, hm-hm, barely begun."

And of course Harry Potter soundtracks, some of them are so soothing, like Reunion of Friends
What also helps me is coloring paintings, or just have fun with my friends... It is so important that we recharge our batteries from time to time...
Yes, watching a movie or listening to music can be relaxing I agree! A friend also introduced me to listening to ASMR video's on YouTube some of those are very relaxing.
Or sound of nature can also be very relaxing. No sounds of cars or people there talking. I thinks, that can be good sometimes. Just the sound og nature.






Take a deep breath!..... Hold it.....Hold it..... Now sigh it out! Heavy sigh.......Aaaahhhh!
Do it again......Aaaahhhh!
