We all loves quotes and such so I figured may a fun game. You have to give enough to make it possible to figure it out. No Googling the answer and posting!

I'll start with this song:

I'm packed and I'm holding
I'm smiling, she's living, she's golden
She lives for me, says she lives for me
Ovation, her own motivation

I know this is an alternative rock song from the 90's but forgot the name.

To get me through this
A semi something kind of life

I remember that part of the song but I can't remember that one word

Samir (royceblackwater) | 842 comments Mine's a tale that can't be told
My freedom I hold dear
How years ago in days of old
When magic filled the air
'Twas in the darkest depths of Mordor
I met a girl so fair
But Gollum, and the evil one crept up
And slipped away with her

Movie.

After that my guess is that you will never hear from him again. The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he did not exist. And like that... he is gone.

I love that line and use it all the time even if the movie IMO wasn't that good. They live.

Which reminds me of another cheesy 80's movie that I love a quote from:

"I've always wanted to fight a desperate battle against incredible odds."

This is pretty obscure so bonus if you know it and at the same time I'm sorry you're wasting brain cells like I am on useless shit like this.

Well done. Most Sci-fi from that era doesn't translate well because the effects were comical compared to today but that movie was comedy gold.

I can't place it but the other movie is another 80's movie. I kept thinking there was another but wasn't sure. I'll see if it comes to me but for some reason I picture it being delivered by Cory Feldman or another 80's teen actor.

Yes its another 80's sci-fi type, its definitely not a teen actor.

Watched Memento! It was great. Didn't realize it was directed by Christopher Nolan, he's brilliant.

Chris (murphy44) | 710 comments I know that one, Vasoline by STP.
I was listening to it in the car the other day. I bought the album after the singer's OD, which is unfortunate. I like listening to the work he did with Slash in Velvet Revolver as well. Can you believe that was over two years ago now?
