Hey - I do not see the button to refresh book rating stats. Anybody able to advise?

It should be visible on every book edit page.

The Using the Book Edit Page section of the Librarian Manual explains each field on the page.

Please notice that the Librarian Note field is intended for important communication regarding a specific edition, not for inquiries or site functionality questions.
