He sees a dead guy with an Irish accent, falls for neighbor girl. Once she gets pregnant she can see the same dead guy. They find out the are lovers that live the same fate every time they meet. There are other brothers that come into the story too to try to help keep her alive once the baby is born.

Where/when do the other brothers appear? Are they brothers as in, actual brothers, or are they males who have bonded together? Do you remember anything about the cover? Don't be afraid of spoilers. I read it in the last six months, the main story is about them falling in love, he sees the original dead guy thru the whole book. Towards the end of the book she finds out she starts seeing the dead guy. The other real brothers show up to help them like they do every time they say. She I think dies every time she gets pregnant.

This was an adult book. It was an ebook and I can't remember the cover.
