Did anyone use this book to inspire other people at work? Did it work?

Also are there similar novels like this?

I liked the book, I learned something and the whole case serves as a kind of mnemonic for explaining Lean.

After reading this book, we "promoted" one of our developers to become a full-time devops. He wanted this after reading the book himself. This removed a lot of "wasted" work from the developers which did devops themselves before and re-orgainzed lot of things likt CI, CD cycles, production setup,... So for us, I think it worked.
