The Index

The Index is a "list" of special people that SHIELD knows about. These "special" people are those with mutations or powers, and SHIELD feels as it they should keep an eye on them. Therefore, they keep agents around those people at all times, though always out of sight. Should anything happen, the team of agents is always ready to jump in and...calm the person down. By any means necessary.
