Most people make the mistake of fighting Nat when he goads them. Not because they have nonexistent anger management skills, but because Nat is very good at messing with people. He knows exactly how to make someone angry enough to put aside all rational thought and attack, and will often use it to humiliate cocky agents who think they're better than him
▽ P E R S O N Aof whom there are quite a few.
On the whole, Nat — or Agent 23, as most of S.H.I.E.L.D knows him — is a pretty chill guy. He's unlikely to reprimand people for breaking rules, and he's not above telling agents information concerning themselves ( but only if they ask ). Generally, that would be cause for getting moved to a lower level, but Nat is a master of getting away with things he really oughtn't get away with.p r o s || chill, efficient × sinigang, competent agentsNathaniel Aven was the kid who you didn't want to piss off, the kid that fought crocodiles in his spare time. And yes, he actually did fight a croc once, he has scars to prove it. He grew up in Queensland, Australia for the first eighteen years of his life, and spent far too much of that time skipping school. Partially because of the surprised looks he got from new kids when he said he was Filipino-Irish-Australian, partially because the stuff they were learning was boring. It's not his fault that the education system was terrible, or that he was smarter than the teacher — interestingly, his attendance increased once he started doing 4-unit Maths.

For someone with a terrible attendance, he didn't go too badly in exams. Amendment — he had a 1 OP, and received a scholarship to MIT. Where he was recruited by S.H.I.E.L.D — as soon as he finished his degree, which he was insistent on.
He rose through the ranks fairly rapidly, and gained a reputation as the person not to mess with — unless you enjoyed being punched in the face. Nat is disproportionately proud of the sixteen probation warnings he got whilst a Level 6 agent, and likes being thought of as the 'badass Level 9 agent'.![]()

Marksmanship: During basic Marine Corps training Zander Muller excelled at marksmanship. Shortly after he was put into SS [Scout-sniper School] where he passed in the top three bracket. During one mission his spotter (Robert Nash) was killed when he was hit by debris from a mortar strike. They were being pinned down by insurrectionist fire preventing them from pulling out. Zander had to make a one in a million shot across twenty city blocks to take out the mortar crew before they could fire another another strike. After this incident he was recruited into a MARSOC tryout and passed with flying colors.
Stealth: During SS [See above] Zander was hardly ever spotted by his commanding officers during the stealth portion of his training. He is also noted to have snuck out of the barracks several times to go off base and meet with friends.
Hand-to-hand: During hand-to-hand combat Zander showed a natural skill for offensive combat. While he showed little care for defensive combat he still proved better than most trainees even though he had no prior training.
Survival: During MARSOC Zander bragged about how he could survive in any environment. After hearing this a commanding officer ordered that for survival week he was to be dropped on an abandoned island in the pacific and to not be picked up until after the week was over. For seven days Zander survived while only sustaining minor injuries. Shortly after he was picked up Zander suffered a heat stroke
Weaknesses: Arachnophobia, Fear of being forgotten after death.
History: He grew up in Little Rock, Arkansas. Throughout his life Zander has always been talked down to by everyone around him. He joined the Marines with a fake birth certificate at the age of sixteen. He was shorter then most of the recruits and was found to be too young very early on but that didn't keep Zander from trying again the next year this time with his actual birth certificate. He passed in the top five of his class.
Scars: Several scars on the right side of his face.
Personality: Zander is considered logician by his past friends and by what we can gather from his sisters. Zander is known to take the most logical approach when dealing with a threat. Zander is known to use any means necessary to save lives even if it means taking a life. Zander will do everything short of detonating a nuke to end a rampage.

~Face Claim: Adele Exarchapolous
[image error]
~Appearance: Adie has brown eyes and brown hair. Her hair is medium length and falls around her in waves. She is 5’6 and thin, with gorgeously long legs leading up to a thin waist and skinny arms. Adelaide has full lips and cheeks which lend themselves to her beautiful smile.
~History: Born to French immigrants, Adelaide grew up with the pressure of perfection. She was taught that unless she worked hard, success would be a distant, unachievable hope; therefore, she spent her time finding ways to perfect herself. As the overachiever she was, Adelaide got straight A’s in school and had also done physical training for years. Her father,Andre, had pushed her as a child to learn self defense, so from a young age she had began learning different defense styles. With above perfect scores in every class, she was invited into the S.H.I.E.L.D academy of operations where she was educated and taught to be a top class fighter. The academy was aggressive, so much so that many people couldn’t handle it, but she forced herself through. Adelaide was more than excited when her discipline finally paid off and she was brought on to become an agent.
~Personality: Adelaide is driven, with her goals in constant sight. She has complete focus towards the future and this makes her hard working and relentless. She keeps herself with such strict standards that she often puts herself down, even if she has done a wonderful job.
Adelaide also has quite the temper. She will let you push her, and then all of a sudden she has snapped. She does try to manage her emotions, but on occasion her anger gets the best of her. It is not only her anger, though. It is also her constant fear of imperfection and displacement. This leads to deeper emotional problems which she chooses to ignore and hide from people. She believe that emotions lead to weaknesses she can't afford.
Adelaide is happiest when she is praised by someone higher up or her peers. She enjoys company, despite how rough and distant she tries to appear. With her parents always gone for work, she had grown to hate being alone. She hated the idea of not having someone around her, often leading to nightmares.
~ Other Facts: Adie loves to read. She finds that reading expands her mind and thus will make her smarter. William Shakespeare's Hamlet is her favorite. If you get her started on it she will talk for hours on the symbolism and character depth. She also enjoys playing board games, especially scrabble and monopoly.

Christian is generally a pretty relaxed person. He takes things as they come, and tries not to make mountains out of molehills. He’s known as the “chill” leader, and the one that you can go to when you need someone who honestly doesn’t care (as long as you’re not an idiot). He’s a good listener, too, which some of the younger and more emotionally unstable agents appreciate. Not to mention, Christian is easy to get along with, for the most part. However, Christian expects a lot from the agents under his command. He wants to see them succeed, of course he does, but sometimes he can put too much pressure on them. Okay, most of the time. While generally relaxed, Christian is a high-pressure sort of leader, and though most people do like thim, many groan at being assigned a mission with him. Christian has very high expectations, like a parent, and he expects them to be fulfilled.
Despite this, when missions aren’t involved, Christian is a fun person to be around. He likes to joke around, and is a bit of a dork. He can find a way to make just about anyone laugh, really, and puts that to good use. Christian is fun to be around, with his laid-back personality. Though, he does have a pretty quick temper. It takes some very specific things to upset Christian: disrespect, idiocy, and rude jokes among them. But when he’s angry, Christian can be a real beast. You don’t want to be on the other end of his rage; it’s not pretty. However, Christian is rather protective of the agents under his command - he sees them almost like children, or siblings, and he’ll do anything to keep them safe.

F O U R >> P A S T >> “you make me sick”
U N childhood
Christian was the last child of three, his two older sisters separated from him by only a year. From the get-go, Christian was a protective brother, though Samantha and Rebecca didn’t really need him to be. All three Rhodes siblings did pretty well at taking care of themselves, but they were always there for each other. Like most little boys, Christian loved war stories and legends of battles, of the struggle between good and evil. And he was determined to be on the side of the good. His dad tried to convince him to join the military when he was older, like most of the men in his family, but Christian didn’t like that idea. Then he found out about SHIELD. The idea of it entranced him as a child, though he didn’t know why. He decided at a young age that he wanted to join.
D U E X adolescence
Christian sort of drifted through school. He wasn’t the smartest guy in the room, but he wasn’t an idiot either. He liked learning, and discovered pretty quickly that he was a good strategist. He could get people to listen to him, could come up with plans. His sisters helped him through when he couldn’t figure it out. The three of them were rather closer than most siblings, and still protected each other whenever necessary. They were a close-knit group, the Rhodes siblings. Especially after their dad died of a heart attack, suddenly, when Christian was fifteen. It came as a sock to the whole family, and Christian’s mom didn’t know how to cope, much less how to help her children cope. So they relied on each other. They made it through, and after high school, Christian went into SHIELD Academy.
T R O I S adulthood
To say that Christian was excited about entering SHIELD would be an understatement. He was ecstatic, and wouldn’t stop talking about it. He probably bothered some people, but he didn’t care. He quickly was placed in the operations division, and graduated top of his class. He’s been with SHIELD ten years, and has loved every one of them. He’s risen through the ranks pretty well, and is happy with where his life is right now.

Name ~ Lydia Quinn Sentry
Age ~ 29
Gender ~ Female
Sexuality ~ Heterosexual
Clearance Level ~ 9
Agent Type ~ Operations
Appearance ~
Personality ~
One word that most people would use to describe Lydia would be awkward. Very simply put she is super awkward. Due to growing up with an exclusive group of friends she was never used to talking to anyone beyond those people so she can be rather peculiar in such situations.
Intelligence is something Lydia possesses in vast amounts. It set her apart from everyone else as a kid and it still does. She uses her intelligence in every part of life, including physical combat. Her intelligence is basically what gives her the ability to use her powers in the first place otherwise she would have no idea how electron particles work. She is also a master strategist, but she rarely ever pitches in with plans unless necessary as she becomes rather uncomfortable, but none the less she gets the job done.
Lydia happens to be rather formal which is somewhat contradictory to her awkwardness. She tries her best be polite and serious, but it can be rather difficult however she does pull it off for the most part. Lydia is usually the one to go for for a report on a mission as she delivers it with no bias whatsoever.
Lydia is undeniably geeky, she loves anything fantasy of science-fiction which may be part of the reason she finds SHIELD to be the optimal place for her. Be it a book, movie or show, if it is considered geeky chances are she has seen it or at least plans to. She sometimes makes references in conversations to such things. This can make her difficult to understand when paired with her liking of large words.
History ~
Lydia grew up in a rather plain neighborhood, people weren't perfect, but they weren't awful either. Everything around her was quite simply bland and normal, nothing interesting ever really happening. She wasn't the best at making friends, but she had her group of close friends. They were the odd ones out, each one of them seemed to not be plain in some way or another. For example one of them was always extremely angry, another was drop dead beautiful and another was a masterful chef, especially considering her age.
What set Lydia apart was genius, she outclassed everyone around her. She also happened to have a lovely singing voice, but this later became far more important. She was performing a song for a school event when her ability first manifested itself. Her voice went quasi sonic and was more than problematic. There was no way for it to be explained, but people in her town became rather uneasy with her living there and treated her with minimal respect.
Her parents decided that it was in their best interest to move, so they ended up in Iceland, a country known for accepting anyone into it's culture. There she found her place again, her power never manifesting on such a scale again, only causing movement in small objects. Lydia continued her academic pursuits, leaving performing behind in fear of another "outburst". Most of what happened between then and adulthood was just about her intellectual mastery.
As an adult she had taken it upon herself to learn to control whatever this ability was. She would practice in places far from any heavily populated area to avoid any damage and did quite well with her powers after a while. She had worked several jobs none of them ever truly suiting her interest. That was until SHIELD came along. Her relations with the organizations began under the pretenses of her ability, but she had gotten tangled up in a scenario and after a series of very odd events, was taken into the organization. From there she rose in the rankings, using her genius and of course her electron particle disruption to do so all the way up until her present point in life.
Power ~ Electron Particle Disruption
This power grants her several interesting abilities, the grandest of which being a quasi sonic voice, over which she does have control. She can also deflect things sent at her and move objects (With limitations of course.) Lydia is skilled at using her ability, but in moments of great emotion she can lose control, but that is quite rare.

Nationality: Arabic, but Eve and her parents grew up in England (grandparents immigrated to England)
Religion: None, against the will of her parents, who believe that all inhumans are possessed by the Devil
Age: 26
Favourite Colour: Blue
On the Index as an Operations agent with a level 6 clearance, has the ability to turn into a gelatinous substance
Skin: Dark brown
Hair: Short, wavy, blonde (dyed)
Eyes: Brown, somewhat small
Height: A little tall
Build: Quite muscular
Personality:
It takes a while to get to know Eve Masih, but above else know that she's responsive and insightful. Of course she's also innovative, precise and patient, but they're less prominent and often intertwined with being petty as well.
Her responsiveness though, this is what she's pretty much known for. On many occasions people will count on this and her clever nature when they're feeling down.
Nobody's perfect of course and Eve has plenty of character faults too. Her disconcerting nature and frightening nature don't make for the greatest company and just affect all around negatively.
Fortunately her insight shines brighter on most days.
History:
She was living a peaceful and happy life until she got her powers.
She was made fun of by people she didn't even know on the streets for suddenly turning into jelly. She was rejected and sent away by her parents because they thought she was possessed by the Devil.
She went to live in her friend's house and rarely came out. She eventually got used to this new lifestyle and began to cheer up and break free from depression. She had an epiphany. She could save others from this gruelling experience, but how? S.H.I.E.L.D.

Nationality: French
Age: 30
Favourite Colour: Pink
Clearance level: 6
Specialty: Operations
Skin: Light
Hair: Short, straight, blonde
Eyes: Hazel, somewhat small
Height: Very tall
Weight: A bit pudgy
Build: Broad
Personality:
Looks can be deceiving when it comes Gustave Ayot, but two things you'll never forget are that he's sensitive and aspiring. Of course he's also intelligent, efficient and forgiving, but in a way they're lesser traits.
His sensitive nature though, this is what he's pretty much loved for. People often count on this and his anticipative nature whenever they need help.
Nobody's perfect of course and Gustave has plenty of lesser desired aspects too. His petty nature and hatred risk ruining pleasant moods on often personal levels.
Fortunately his aspirations are there to relift spirits when needed.
History:
When he was a child, he was always bored in class, because he already knew everything they were teaching him. The teachers wouldn't believe that he was smart and when he did well in his tests, they accused him of cheating because of his lack of participation in class. He felt like there was nothing good to do in life.
He is currently still finding the right place in the world. He feels like there's more people to meet in this world. Luckily he has great companions to support him. He joined S.H.I.E.L.D. to try and find his place in the world.

Name: Clinton Francis Barton 'Clint'
Codename: Hawkeye
Nickname: Legolas (By Tony),
Age: 42
Personality: A man of few words, Clint has always been the silent one. He is often "up in his nest", which means that he prefers to be alone. In battle, he seems to be confident in his abilities. He even went as far as not to look at his target. He also stated that it would be his pleasure to fight with the Avengers.
History: Clint Barton was serving in a military branch of S.H.I.E.L.D. when freakish atmospheric events, followed by the discovery of Mjölnir in an impact crater, he was deployed to New Mexico as part of a security force to protect the object. Soon after his deployment, Thor broke into the S.H.I.E.L.D. compound and fought his way to the mysterious hammer. Barton responded to the alarms by collecting a compound bow and claiming a high vantage point suspended from a crane. Despite making several radio transmissions warning that the intruder was reaching the hammer, Barton was never given a shoot order, forcing him to let his target go. With his mission completed in New Mexico, Barton gets assigned to guard the Tesseract at a S.H.I.E.L.D. research facility. When it began emitting increased levels of gamma radiation the entire facility was placed on high alert and most staff were evacuated, while Barton and a few others remained as rearguard for as long as they could. The emissions proved to be a precursor to the unexpected appearance of Loki, who had used it to reach Earth extradimensionally. Barton and the other guards were quickly overpowered and Barton was promptly enslaved into Loki's service. For a time, Barton served Loki as a guard, enforcer, and assassin, completely without volition. When Loki was incarcerated in the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier, Barton led a commando raid against the vessel to extricate him, as well as to directly add to the chaos that Loki was seeding within his enemies. The attack drew him into direct conflict with Black Widow, his staunchest ally, who bested him in close quarters and scored a blow to his head that helped to dislodge Loki's hold over him. Upon recovering from the ordeal, Barton vowed to put Loki down, going so far as to propose an arrow to the Asgardian's eye socket. To that end he willingly grabbed his equipment and offered to pilot Captain America and Black Widow to Loki's location, which had been determined as New York City. Once there, the trio formed up with Thor Odinson, Dr. Bruce Banner (the Hulk), and Tony Stark (Iron Man), to fight Loki together. The group quickly found themselves embroiled in a battle for New York City against a huge invasion force of Chitauri, whom Loki had summoned using the Tesseract. Barton, now using his codename "Hawkeye", initially fought the alien warriors on the streets before switching to a higher vantage point atop a high-rise building to snipe at the alien air support. At one point he even took a shot at Loki, and although the aim was true, Loki simply snatched the arrow from the air before it struck. Hawkeye had planned in advance however, and had rigged the arrow with an explosive head that knocked Loki's transport out of the sky. During the battle he was caught up near an explosion that caused permanent deafness in his left ear. When the battle was over Hawkeye and the others parted company. He and Agent Romanoff returned to the service of S.H.I.E.L.D. until the next time the world would call on the Avengers.
Abilities:
◾Master Archer: Clint has trained himself to become a master archer specializing in the use of regular bows, longbows, compound bows, and crossbows with near-perfect accuracy. He is capable of firing multiple arrows at a single target in a few seconds, hitting multiple targets in a few quick strokes, and hit small targets in the greatest of distances. As Hawkeye, he practiced a minimum of two hours per day to keep his skills honed.
◾Expert Marksman: Clint possesses very keen eyesight, and his accuracy is virtually unerring; he was trained in his youth by Trick Shot with throwing blades, balls, bolas, and boomerangs. He now has near-perfect precision with any aimed or thrown weapon. He can hurl objects with extreme speed and accuracy, both in direct aim and complicated rebounds/interactions. He was able to shoot down a Chitauri ship without even looking at it.
◾Expert Acrobat: Clint possesses exceptional human strength, endurance, and stamina. He is athletic, with very good reflexes and agility. This, combined with training as an aerialist and acrobat, makes him capable of complex acrobatic maneuvers.
◾Expert Fighter: Clint is an excellent combatant, having been trained in various styles (possibly being in the military). He was able to fight Natasha to a standstill although she eventually bested him in combat. He was capable of overthrowing many of the Chitauri soldiers, alongside the Black Widow, on the ground zero during the battle in New York with utilization of his recurve bow as well as his trick arrows.
◾Expert Tactician: Clint has been trained in military tactics under the training and service of possible military branches before operating with S.H.I.E.L.D. In The Avengers, Clint commanded a team of S.H.I.E.L.D. operatives, under the unwitting control of Loki just as the same as he was, for heisting a vault in Germany and infiltrating the S.H.I.E.L.D. helicarrier with esteemed success. Each of these actions required a diversion.
Family: Laura Barton (Ex-Wife), Cooper Barton (Son), Lila Barton (Daughter), Nathanial Barton (Son), All unknown to Everyone Except the Avengers, Fury, and Natasha
Friends: ◾Phil Coulson - Director
◾Melinda May - Colleague
◾Bobbi Morse - Colleague
◾Lance Hunter - Colleague
◾Natasha Romanov - Partner
