In this thread I will hopefully sticky most of the FAQ that come up.
Q. What does "Para" and "Multi-Para" mean? A. "Para" is simply short for paragraph and "Multi-Para" means multiple paragraphs. What this means is that this group is not for the one-liners (people who post in one or two sentence fragments). Be descriptive in your posts. Help others get a feel for what your character is doing. For example:
One-liner: Sally walked outside and listened to her iPhone.
Para: After the fight with her mother last night, Sally needed a nice, quiet place to be by herself. Grabbing her iPhone from atop her nightstand, she crept downstairs trying not to wake her mother. She just didn't think she had the stomach to face her mom after all of the hurtful things that had been said. At the bottom of the stairs she grabbed her pink jacket from the rack and quietly exited through the front door. Seeing as it was a nice morning she decided to go for a walk. She slid her earphones on and thumbed through her phone until she found the perfect song then set out.
Q. Why are group bases not located in their respective countries? A. Group bases are typically guarded or have security measures in place to prevent non-members from gaining access. The location of these bases are also sometimes kept secret. Therefore, bases are placed inside the group's folder.
Q. How does my character join a group? A. First check to see if your character meets the requirements to join the desired group inside the group's thread. If so, contact the leader of that group or post inside the thread requesting to become a member.
Q. Why can my OC not start out with a big, lavish base/home? A. Original characters start out just like every hero/villain, at the bottom of the pile.
Q. Do I have to choose a character that has already been in a group to be in that group? A. No. Supergroup rosters change on a daily basis within the "actual" Marvel Universe. If you want to play as Paste-Pot Pete in the Masters of Evil or Charles Xavier leading the Avengers, by all means go right ahead.
