Basically it's a telepathic power. The person she bonds with will be able to hear her thoughts and vice versa. They'll also know if the other is in trouble or hurt, and the bond breaks if one of them dies. It can be weakened with powerful mind manipulation, but never taken away. To bond, Evelyn has to drink the blood of the person she wants to bond with and vice versa
I'm thinking they should do it during the Halloween Dance, but after all of the fighting and crazy stuff is over since I want it to be a really quiet, sweet scene.
Evelyn's going to be upset when he thinks of really inappropriate stuff while they're bonded lol
