I once had to do the dishes first thing kin the morning and i felt dizzy from hunger, My dad said i was exaggerating -_-
When we went to Holiday World last year we left early and I didn't eat breakfast and I felt really nauseous during the car ride and kept asking if we could pull over and get something to eat. Mom kept saying I was just making stuff up and that I was embarrassing her, but eventually she pulled over albeit very reluctantly and got me apple juice and potato chips to eat.
I've told you guys what happened the first time i had a blood sugar drop right?
I guess it's a mix thing for me. Sometimes I get nauseous when I eat, sometimes I get nauseous when I don't eat. And sometimes I get nauseous when I don't eat and then I eat and get nauseous again.

Not possessed, but overcome. BUt yeah. It was during worship at church camp and i passed out and that's why no one helped me.

My mom hates breakfast because when she was pregnant with me it made her sick. We joke that that's why I hate eggs.
Stuff like that makes me so glad I'm not a Christian. I don't think I could handle stuff like that, no offense.

Passing out during worship and not having people help me because they though I was being possessed or whatever. I'd literally bring hell onto that church if I found out about it. Worst thing that happened to me in church is I was told I wasn't allowed to run around during dinner anymore because once I accidentally slammed an old man's fingers into a door and I had no idea it even happened. To this day I think that old man was telling stories to get me in trouble.
I know that stuff like that happens because one of my friends saw it when he went overseas, but I'm pretty sure most people would panic if it actually happened here. Or at least one person would. I'm still really shocked that nobody at all helped you.
And a lot of church people always gave me weird looks when they found out I had no older brother....
That's a strange reason to get weird looks.

They didn't know better. I was perfectly fine up until I actually passed out, so how could they have known what was going on?
And that was a few dozen people out of what, a billion followers? There are lots of good Christians too *Shrugs*
Whatever your reason for not being a CHristian i respect since it's your choice, but if part of the reason is the people and not the ideas of the religion itself then...idk. I was going somewhere with this but lost my train of thought.

I think it had to do with that old tradition that big brothers protect their younger sisters from harm and whatnot. We were really conservative Christians and a lot believed in that saying, so I think they were silently judging me for taking the 'big brother' role and taking care of my younger brothers. Because I did do things like beat up bullies who made fun of them and stuff like that.
Not cool of those people. Not cool at all.My cousins ((the cousins where there are like 10 or 11)) have a sister as the oldest sibling and they're involved in all sorts of church activities. One of my cousins does/did play in the youth band and another does/did dance for the church sometimes. So whatever those people's problem was, it was something wrong with them.
Christians aren't supposed to judge. ONe of the most important things to apply in Christian life is compassion for everyone, even those you don't like. I would argue it's even more important to show compassion for those you don't like.
It's not just Christians though. I feel like society in general judges me for being a protective older sister. I mean, where are we in the media? Where are we in books and movies and anime? Nowhere. It's always the older brother/younger sister relationship. I'm so sick of it and every time I see that relationship I make a disgusted face in reality. I feel so left-out and nobody really cares to remedy the situation. All of my friends in real life have older brothers. When meeting someone new, I assume they have an older brother and I'm almost always right.
I can feel you there since I'm the same way. The protective big sister for all my little ones. I've never really thought much about it though, or even got weird looks for it. If anything, I've felt a little weird being the big sister to girls. I've never seen a older sister/younger sister relationship in movies or anything that wasn't awful till the end. Older sister/younger brother I've seen in some places (usually where the brother is really little, dead, or missing) but it's still there.

I obviously am not in one of those relationships so they're really interesting to me.
I don't watch a lot of shows or movies that focus on sibling relationships but those that do sometimes have older brother younger sister :\I know a couple of Nick shows have/had older sister and younger brother stuff *Shrugs* ANd Disney too.
THough in those shows sometimes the older sister(s) are nagging and irritate the brother(s), but ultimately still look out for them

Really? Sometimes I feel like Evelyn is going the 'big brother is perfect and thus the only boyfriend I ever need do me nii-sama' route since she's kinda supposed to be a parody of a character like that.
