We were talking about how all my school work is homework. I was explaining (apparently rather complexly) how that's possible.
THis is beautifulI like the man with the lightbulbs and coupons :D
I also want to know why all those old men bought all that soda!
I HAVE FINISHED MY FIRST DAY OF WORK!!!It was awesome, and exhausting. Over two hundred people. It was slow at times and then there would be TONS of people all needing help at once and I was barely taught anything beforehand.
The library has a volunteer who I was actually friends with a couple years ago. We have a lot of shared interests and stuff. .........But she's kinda bitter that I got the job and she didn't. While she didn't say it, she clearly feels that way. She applied for the same job. All I can say is that maybe if she weren't so unapproachable, she would have been a better fit. I mean, I know this girl so I can say that she's pretty much always like that. Not that I'm saying I'm better, but I do try.

Welcome to the working club! :p
I wish I could get a job, but I literally applied for eight different places and they all declined....

My aunt said I was probably getting turned down because of my...little problem, and after she said that I instantly lost interest in trying to search for anything else.
That way of thinking annoyed my mom, who keeps telling me the atmosphere is a lot different than it was a year ago and that people are in need of workers, but I keep telling her that I offered to work for extremely desperate places before and they had no interest in me, and I don't want to work for a company who can't handle all of me.
And I'm actually not opposed to getting a job! Even if it's something like fast food. I'm happiest when I'm actually outside doing something. MAYBE I'll try again, but this'll be the last time.
I would probably be fine with working...if it was in an environment I enjoy, doing something I think I can do well and I actually APPLIED for the job. I think I might check if any libraries are hiring once I get a license.
My library is NEVER hiring. And the one time I tried to volunteer there they flat-out said they didn't want any teenagers working at that time, even though I was specifically ASKED by the library to volunteer my time there.
That'd be fun! Except for all the smells >.< I'd love to work in the vampire bat exhibit and brush them with little brushes!
Eh the dishes aren't exactly flower scented. I think I'll survive :p plus we have pets.(view spoiler)["br"]>["br"]>
