I was going to suggest using how Ariana Grande looks now because the pictures you used before were older. Except...she pretty much looks exactly the same except with brown hair XD
You could say that since she lives in Ente Isla, Sadao put some kind of anti-aging spell on her so she could remain young forever! She looks the age she was when he put the spell on her, which is like early twenties or something.
