So my weirdo sister is singing Back to You by Selena Gomez and I really want her to stop because it's annoying. Like how does she even know that song?
But she's not everywhere and I've literally only heard it one other time than when you made me haha. Like, I don't hate it, but with my sister's voice I do.
https://www.goodreads.com/choiceaward...I was stuck between "The Bunny Listened" and "Petra" because they're both great.
They freak *me* out and I have one. Though it's hard to see mine.SOme guys I know have bulges in their throat and it's kinda weird.
It's just the most freaky when guys like stretch out their necks and it looks like their neck is freaking broken lol.
As in I have to give a how-to speech on how to do something but everything I know how to do isn't something I can properly demonstrate either in person or through a powerpoint.
Sometimes I sincerely wish I didn't have to think. I would love not even having time to think. It would be wonderful.
My father's family is very scientific. My mother's family is very.....crass jokers.
The result of these two being mixed has become little girls making crass jokes with scientific terms.
I am feeling things I should not be feeling over something so petty but I cannot help it. The torment!
Inspirational stuff there.I eat pizza all the time at work and I'm getting sick of it >.< the Dominoes people know me well now
You should get something different then. Of course, my dad goes to a variety of places and people still know him pretty much everywhere he goes to eat.
The problem is that I can't drive myself so it's order Dominoes or not eat lunch ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ My dad often brings lunch without saying anything or has to leave early so I can't always go with him. Although once I get my license that of course won't be a problem. And I'm getting ever so close. it's exciting and scary at the same time.
What is Uber Eats?We have Jimmy Johns but it's...meh. And it's not very filling for $10 when i can get food that will last me days for $20
I'll just have to make do until I can drive myself. I practiced more today and Mom signed off on a number of things. I just have lane changes, U-turns ((which I've never done)) and one or two other things before the sheet is full.
Basically delivery via Uber. McDonald's does it around here. That's....an interesting way to do the permit thing. I just had hours. And thusly, I have never made a u-turn.
AhI'm over 18 and so i have a skill sheet I need to fill out before I can even attempt the Driver Test. I dunno if they have different rules for people over 18 in NC but here they do.
Yeah.I've already done the course that I'd have to for my test when I was with an instructor. Shouldn't be too hard.
I'm starting to realize just how much I love certain cliches and tropes in books. I can't help it. not that I really want to because why would I willingly make myself unhappy? Like, I love new and different stuff too sometimes....but I appreciate old tropes and tired cliches and seeing how people make them their own. It really disappoints me when people get stuck on the things that are the same and not the things that are different because it feels like they're not really giving it a chance.
Same! My mom is one of those people who always side-eyes me when I tell her about a YA book that has the same general plot as another book. And I hate how she thinks that just because something has been done before doesn't mean it can't be good. News flash, her own comics are some of the most cliche things I've ever seen so she's got absolutely no room to talk.
I don't mind the same structure if done well enough.I mean
I like Fire Emblem for Pete's sake. And Star Wars. And Elder Scrolls. I can't think of anything more generic than those short of the original fantasy epics told centuries ago that established the very genre.
