It depends. I've seen it both ways.
I've also heard if you suspect someone is a vampire, to drop loads of seeds on the ground. They'll be compelled to start counting and, if they are a vampire, will die when the sun rises.
They can also only sleep on the soil that comes from their home country. If the soil is taken away, they won't be able to sleep properly and end up becoming really weak.

I think it's the country they were born in, which is usually Romania.
Dude.....this would have been good things to know when I was younger and thought vampires were real.
Once when I was a little girl I refused to go to bed at a certain time, and Dad told me if I didn't, this Bigfoot-rabbit creature thing would get me, and I said I didn't believe in that. Dad then went out of his way to make fake footprints in the backyard and showed me them the next morning when I got ready for school, saying: "That monster knew there was a little girl in this house who wouldn't go to sleep," I went to bed every single night early after that lol

My English 11 AP teacher told us to never use Sparknotes and use this other website instead. He said: "If you're going to cheat, cheat right,"
our teach printed out copies and gave them in packets for us to read :pWhy did he not want you to use Sparknotes?
