Yeah lol I never saw the movies but I feel bad for Kristen Stewart. I think she can be a good actress if she's given the right material, but Twilight wasn't it and now everyone makes fun of her for it.
Well she looks dead no matter what, but I agree that Twilight wasn't good for showing any talent at all. All this aside, the idea itself wasn't so bad, but the overall execution was utter garbage. And from what I've heard, the books are just about as bad as the movies in terms of execution of their romance and etc.
I've read the first book and I hated it not because of any of the romance stuff or whatever, but because it was one of the most boring things I've ever read, which is the second greatest sin a book can commit in my opinion. Like even if it's the most offensive piece of trash ever, at least I felt something while reading it, right? But Twilight made me feel nothing. And thus it fails as entertainment.
My mom's read the entire series and thinks they're bad, but I wouldn't really trust her opinion because she believes almost all books are written terribly.
I like both the books and movies hahaBut I agree >_<. The plot could have been better, if the relationship between Edward and Bella hadn't been the main part of it.
I don't blame you for liking them, because I guess there are good parts that aren't so bad, but the bad things are all major and unavoidable haha

Agreed haha the background plot would be much better if that were more of the main focus.
right? I mean, having to literally save a town of vampires is good stuff.

My high school papers almost always had a two page minimum and i'd write like 4-6 pages. I couldn't possibly fit all my thoughts onto just two pages!

It seems to me that it's one of the few songs they had the children learn to dance. And oh my gosh, is my father afraid of the silence or something? He always has SOMETHING to say about SOMETHING happening.
My mom's best friend always does that and it annoys her so much that she stopped watching stuff with her.
I'm tempted to just not be in the room with him. Because it doesn't even have to be on the TV

My dad used to insult a bunch of stuff I was into just because it was super girly. He told me I should stop being into super childish things.
I would ask if my dad was on his period with how he's acting, but clearly he can't be.

My dad just didn't know how to raise children, I think. He only acknowledged my presence, never my brothers'.
