Sinnoh is also where Froslass came from if I remember, which is the Pokemon based on the spirit of a woman in a snowstorm.
My character from Sinnoh was originally supposed to be influenced by Russia.
I dont think there's Russian influence but of course I could be wrong.
Hence why she's not.
I don't know why but this girl kinda reminds me of Chastity: 
It does look a bit like her, but the patch is on the wrong side.
