I really like the games. They're not for everyone but they have a strong following. And even if you're not into the whole jumpscare thing they have a good mystery behind them to solve.

So I read the Sakamaki routes and my final verdict is: 6. I don't understand why Subaru is the second-most popular character, all he does is mope and complain and be all emo.
5. Ayato has no real point to him. He keeps repeating his actions and doesn't seem to change much over the course of his route. Plus licking grosses me out.
4. Shuu is so boring....he has a great backstory though.
3. Reiji never lays a hand on you, but he still has some interesting scenes. Plus the whole exchanges between him, Cordelia, and Yui are a lot of fun.
