So this is apparently the official plot synopsis according to the games' website:

Yui Komori is an average sweet girl. Nothing much has happened in her childhood.

One day when she's a junior in high school, her dad ships her overseas to Orleans Town(???? I guess this is New Orleans, that's literally what I translated it to) due to work and she'll have to attend a new night school designed for entertainers and celebrities who can't go to school during the day. Rumors are always spread around this school.

Some students say there are vampires in attendance...

Yui has to live with the Sakamakis, who are friends of her father in a mansion called the Obake House(an obake is a a shapeshifter in Japanese mythology), a place where six of the worst people in the city live.

She suddenly is unable to live their house and has to live with the six brothers, who are all handsome and have bad characters. And they're not human....

While feeling excited about some change in her life, she's also feeling anxious and fearful for her life.
