There is indeed a 1966 edition by C. T. Branford but the Amazon link you supplied is for the the British 1968 2nd edition by Faber and Faber: Dwarf Conifers: A Complete Guide, I also added the US ed. you asked for, but without a cover as I can't find one: Dwarf Conifers: A Complete Guide. Perhaps you have the book and want to supply a cover?

edit: the cover is exactly the same for the US edition.

I'm afraid we can't use a cover from one edition for another, even if they are identical.
