Improbable Repeat Winners on Giveaways

I have just completed my second giveaway for my book series THE HALCYON CYCLE. The first giveaway for my book THE BATTLE FOR HALCYON, involving five books, had 787 entrants, while the most recent one, for THE HALCYON DISLOCATION, offering one copy, had 1231 entrants, Yet I had the same winner appear in both giveaways. By my calculation, the chance of the same person winning both giveaways is about 1 chance in 200,000 [1 over (787/5*1231)]. Is this just incredibly good luck by the winner (same name and shipping address) or am I seeing that someone has figured out a way of gaming the system? Has anyone else seen improbable repeat winners?

I've just looked into both of your Giveaways, and while the odds were super slim, that member was actually just very lucky; they only entered each Giveaway once. We even double-checked for multiple accounts using the same address or even zip code, and there was no such activity in either Giveaway. I suppose sometimes lightning does strike twice!
