Title: Strife (A Mirage Novella)
Strife (A Mirage Novella) by Kevin J.J. Carpenter
Author: Kevin J.J. Carpenter
When Giles Deschain, a well-respected man, consort and father, discovers evidence of the malicious spice drug in his hometown, he embarks on a quest for truth and justice.

The longer Giles searches, however, the more volatile and unpredictable he becomes, and as he inches closer to exposing the rats that live in the walls, the moral anomalies of his own actions begin to endanger every single person he once hoped to protect.

Both thrilling and heartbreaking, Strife is a novella of obsession manifest in many forms.

Mirage can be found on our Mirage website completely free, always. (In any downloadable file you would like).

Louann Carroll (louann_carroll) | 23 comments https://www.amazon.com/dp/B015GX50X2/...

Consumed by a childhood filled with terror and pain, Kellyn O’Brien strives to create the perfect family. Instead disaster strikes and her husband is dead. Three weeks later she discovers her son is heir to Shadow Ley, a nineteenth century gothic mansion located in the Sierra Nevada foothills.

Still reeling from Michael's death, Kellyn moves to Shadow Ley. Soon after her arrival the ordinary becomes the extraordinary: broken drinking glasses repair themselves and stair rails that were once old are now new. Suddenly Shadow Ley is not what it seems.

She turns to the local historian and hears the tale of Shenahobet, the portal guardian and the Hutto-pah, a tribe of Native Americans related to the Maya. She befriends a physician who experiences visions of other times and places. Her dreams turn into nightmares with windows into alternate dimensions and the promise of life beyond death.

Legends abound and so Shadow Ley, the home Kellyn had hoped would bring peace to herself and her children, becomes mired first in doubt then in terror and finally in love eternal.

Paroxysm Effect

Paroxysm Effect (Book 1) by Ashleigh Reynolds

The chip was supposed to suppress anger and violence. The world would be at peace. For forty-eight years that was true. And then one day it wasn't...

Gemi finds herself tumbling into chaos when the world suddenly succumbs to the madness of repressed emotions, only to be rescued by a group of military personnel.

With no knowledge of what is causing the malfunction, it becomes a race against time and the population to make it back to the military base in one piece.

Paroxysm Effect is a fast paced, heart-stopping journey that will leave you wondering who is safe to trust when the world is going crazy.

We have over 75 participating authors, thank you everyone!!

We have a date for the event: it's will be held on 27-28 and 29 of March.

Ok, first off: find your name and check all of your links.
http://navigatingindieworld.com/indie...
If you spot a mistake DIRECT MESSAGE me on Goodreads and I will fix whatever went wrong.

Secondly, be on the look out for a thread from ERICA. She will be collecting the following info: your book prices on March 27-29 and any special links you would wish to include: for example a Createspace button or an instafreebie link or whatever.

We've already secured sponsors that will donate Amazon giftcards, short stories, and we're working hard on banners, ads and tons of other good stuff. We'll tell you about all of that in the coming days.

THANK YOU!!

P.S. Ashleigh, I will be adding your book later tonight. :)

Some people said that more people were online during the week. I did some research and couldn't find a big difference in Kindle sales for the weekend versus the week, so I decided to listen to the ladies in the thread and just go with during the week. =#
