"Marissa, what is it?" Taylor asked.

Marissa shook her head. "I don't want to talk about it."

"I don't want to talk about a lot of things, Marissa. But you've got to talk about them anyways, or they just - they just build up inside. You've got to let it go. Maybe not to me, maybe not to Hayley, but at least to your brother," Taylor said, her voice raw with emotion.

"Daniel?" Marissa asked.

Taylor nodded. "Yes. At least talk to him. He doesn't show it, but I think he really would like to get to know you better."

"...He would?" Marissa asked, surprised.

"Yeah. And even if he doesn't, he's your brother. He should know the good, the bad, and the ugly sides of you." It was Taylor's turn to smile weakly.

Taylor swallowed the lump forming in her throat. "Anytime."

Marissa turned to leave. "I'll go talk to him now."

"Hmm," Daniel said. "She can wait."

"Probably not," Daniel waved it off.
