Added my book incorrectly to my Author Page--Help!

I asked for help with this before, so apologise if you've already seen this. (Maybe I put it in the wrong folder before?)

I added this Book to my Author Page and Profile, but it has created another listing, separate from the proper GR's listing that has all the reviews/ratings.

Also, publication date needs to be changed to 21 Feb 2017 (can't see how to get to this--sorry).

The edition is really messy, it has an isbn in the ASIN field and states ebook as format.

So, what is it? A kindle edition (where no isbn should be used and no ebook format) or an ebook which is sold at others than amazon?

Is there a difference between the two paperbacks? (One with isbn, the other without)
Perhaps they must be seperated first for a merge.

But it is marked as to read from several now...shouldn't it be seperated with the correct paperback so that the merge doesn't go to the ebook edition?

The paperback is the default (27 ratings), so the adds will go to that edition.

ETA Ah, I see this is a different book than the one Sarah is talking about. Not sure if a merge is pending for this one.
