PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments In this section of the book poor Charlotte is still upset that she had to postpone her wedding PLUS finds another body! Do you think the 2 murders are related? Any suspects stand out at this point?

Daryl Gerber (darylwoodgerber) | 14 comments Hi, Parlor PI's. I'm excited to learn you're reading my book (that I write as Avery Aames). If you have any questions for me, please don't hesitate to ask! Say cheese~ Avery aka Daryl

Me, too! I have tasted over 1000 cheeses doing research. Quite a tasty treat. (Yes, minus the murders). :)

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments I wish our town's wine shop had a cheese shop next door. I'd skip the grocery store altogether and just go there for my food and drink LOL I guess I'd have to go buy some "regular" food for my husband but I could live on cheese and wine!
Daryl, have you ever had chocolate cheese???

I haven't had chocolate cheese, but I have served up a chocolate and cheese tasting platter. I did it for Valentine's day a few years ago and posted it on Mystery Lovers Kitchen. Cheese and chocolate are perfect matches. I've also had chocolate cheesecake and so much more. Yum!

That recipe is in FOR CHEDDAR OR WORSE, #7 in the series. It's delicious!

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments I'll check it out in #7. I keep seeing the chocolate cheese in a store that we have at their specialty cheese counter and I had a sample e a long time ago but I forgot if I liked it or not!

It's hard to remember all the cheeses I've tasted. :)

PI's I ordered Gouda but as it's in one order (to avoid extra S&H), etc. I'll have to read it well into March-April as I'm behind with several life thingies.

As the thread will be left up, I can post even if a little late to the party. If any late comers want to participate, they can join me.

I like the cheese angle. A break form cupcakes, pets and the like. ;-)

Daryl Gerber (darylwoodgerber) | 14 comments Glad you like the cheese angle, Tina. Enjoy the reading whenever the shipment comes :) And say cheese! ~ Avery aka Daryl

J I have never been a fan of all but the basic cheeses. However, after reading this book, I can see I need to expand my horizons. Daryl makes everything sound so yummy!

PugMom (nicoleg76) | 2014 comments Yes, and it just seems so classy to nibble at some fancy cheeses while sipping on wine, although I do like to do that in my jammies while reading a good book!
