I haven't read any of them but I would only recommend Stiff if you have a very strong stomach. I read the first chapter and had to put it down thanks to the very very vivid descriptions of corpses.
You could try Isaac's Storm, and good luck:)

I've read all of them but Outliers.Unbroken - is the most depressing but a great story ( I gave it 4 stars)
Stiff- was fascinating and a much lighter story even with the subject matter
Isaac's Storm- I love Eric Larson's writing.
Because it is a summer reading assignment ( where I prefer lighter reading) my order ( of the 3 I've read)

I am running to check out Outliers now.
Actually, I think Stiff is your go-to for a funny non-fiction. I really enjoyed that one. Unbroken is the intense, brutal non-fiction read. Those are the only two in your list that I've read so, I'd say go with your mood. You wanna laugh? Stiff! You want an emotional flogging? Unbroken! Just my opinion. :-)
So I've decided to read Unbroken. It seemed like the best read out of all of them. Thank you all for your help! Wish me luck on the assignment :)
