She just wiped her eyes and bit on her lip as she knew he was right. Hunter was always right but she didn't want him to be right now out any other time."F-fine."She stuttered softly as she rested her head against the window and closed her eyes as she fell asleep. Though, Rosie didn't want to think of anything else at the moment except getting better and if she got better then probably none of this will ever happen again.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

He sighed and parked the car in the parking lot before taking her in. He had to shake her awake, then held her hand, leading her inside the emergency room. He talked to a few nurses and filled in any forms they were given, waiting for their turn.

Rosie just sat there where he was at and waited for him as she tried to not look or feel worse then she had already felt. She tried to hold her head up and it felt like it was getting worse as she nearly almost collapsed in the chair which she was sitting in.

they finally got a doctor and he helped her up. The whole time he sat next to her, holding her, making sure she was okay. He took her into the place where she was to be checked, helping her lie on the bed.

She just laid down on the bed glancing at, Hunter with a sad smile and tried to keep herself together but it was harder then possible."I think this was a good idea to come here. I'm just saying."Rosie stated quietly as she held onto, Hunter's hand a bit tightly as she continued to glance at him and not what they were going to do to her right then and now.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

Hunter explained stuff to the doctors and they did stuff and all. "Yeah I know.." he murmured, squeezing her hand. He was starting to get tired and annoyed. Maybe because he was just worried and anxious.

Rosie glanced slightly up as a nurse came in with needles and had to draw some blood or something like that she nearly just freaked out completely and started to shake and hyperventilated as she tried to pull away but she was held down or rather, Hunter came to sit on the bed next to her and held her down while trying to soothe her."I don't want this. I didn't know it was going to be this much trouble coming her."She muttered to him. It was only when she felt a prick of a needle she tried to not shake but did and felt, Hunter once again holding her down. When she continued to gaze at him as she felt them done with one of the needles and drawing the blood she felt them do another that she lost consciousness from the blood amount they drew from her arm that she just laid in his arms.

Hunter just sighed and tried to cooperate, not wanting to do this. It wasn't fair. He was trying to help her but he was hurting her. He tried to calm her down with soothing words but she wouldn't. He shook his head and shrugged at the doctor and let them do their job, stepping away from the bed.

Rosie watched as he left with a sad smile but whimpered softly as she felt the prick of needle after needle after needle but she paid no mind to the pricking of it except when she felt a bit light headed or really tired from it all that she fell asleep not realising she had tube's stuck in both her arms as she left. But for, Rose she didn't know he was allowed to come back in or how he would stay with her.

He waited outside not sure what to do. He had a talk with the doctor who explained everything to him but he wasn't in the state of mind to really understand anything much. (sorry can't think of anything to write ugh)

((It's fine.^^ I'm sorry I didn't reply yesterday. I was really tired and it was way past the amount I stay up to.))

Rosie just watched from the bed she was sitting on with tube's stuck in her arms as she wondered what they were talking about but couldn't think straight to even focus correctly for it. It was only when he came back inside the room she smiled small."So what did the doctor had to tell you?"

Hunter came back in and sighed "I dunno, they're just gonna help clean up your blood a bit, you might not need rehab. Then they recommended a place for addicts who want to get clean."

[ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus]]

"Well I do want to get clean. I want to get rid of it altogether so I don't have to worry over it. I can just do is then focus on dancing and even the surfing I used to do back in, Europe."Rosie said softly as she tugged him closer to the bed as she wanted him to stay close and not far away.

He walked closer to her, tired and famished. He kissed her forehead. "Yeah, definitely." he murmured against her skin. "You're gonna be okay. You just need motivation and will power." he said, leaning against the bed.

[ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus]]

She closed her eyes gently and held him close."Thanks for being here and just helping me out, Hunter. I don't think I would make it any other way without you."She said softly but when she opened her eyes she could see him losing his strength so she beckoned him to lay down next to her."Just lay down or if you want get something to eat because I can see it on your face."She teased.

"You don't have to thank me." he said softly then chuckled and sighed, closing his eyes a bit, nodding. "Yeah, you're right. I'm so hungry and tired." he said lying down next to her carefully, wrapping an arm around her. "I'll grab something to eat in a minute"

Rosie rolled her eyes but smirked it off."I'm right? Well that's a first."She said quietly as she slowly fell asleep against him. It felt good to not argue like before but it definitely felt weird and so forth.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

He laughed softly "Yeah, for once." he was too exhausted to be mean. Maybe later. He got up when she fell asleep and went to eat something. He got to the hospital cafeteria and bought something, sitting at a table. Better than nothing..

She curled up gently under the covers even with the tubes still stuck inside her she still slept and smiled small in her sleep. Honestly, Kalona didn't know why she did it or maybe it was a habit of hers. Probably a habit more then anything.

He sat there, eating slowly, looking around the place. He got a drink and finished everything up and dozed off on the table, right there.

Rosie continued to sleep for several hours till she woke up and wondered where he was it a bit worried. Maybe he left or maybe he just couldn't handle it anymore. She slightly frowned at the thought he left and cried softly hoping that wasn't true.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

He was in the bathroom when she woke up and his wallet and phone was in her room. He stayed there for a couple of minutes washing up his face.

She glanced at the belongings he left in the room and sighed in relief as she wiped her eyes."Thank goodness. I almost thought he would hate to be around me."Rosie muttered quietly as she just laid there glancing up at the ceiling.

Hunter splashed his face with water a couple more times before washing up. He wasn't sure what the arrangements were. Was he supposed to stay overnight with her? He wasn't so sure. That was usually for family and technically, he wasn't family. He dried his hands and face before making his wat back to the room, smiling weakly when he saw her awake. "Hey there.." he murmured, sitting down next to her. "You should go to sleep."

[ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus]]

"Huh? Oh yeah sleep. I slept for so long that I can't sleep anymore. Did you know if the doctors and nurses say if I'm going to stay here overnight or go to rehab? Honestly whichever is fine by me. Just as long as I don't do drugs anymore I'll be quite fine."Rosie said quietly as she gently grasped onto his arm and cringed at how the tubes were still sticking her arms which made holding his hand a bit of a challenge.

Hunter scooted closer, reaching over to squeeze her fingers gently. "Don't worry about that right now.. They'll run some tests in the morning to see how you did. I'll be here before then..." he said glancing at her face. He was trying so hard to be nice like he has been, but he was getting tired of that too. He wasn't sure how much longer he could pull it off.

Rosie gently squeezed on his hand while he squeezed on her fingers. She knew he was trying so hard to not be his other self and she was in no state or condition to even argue at the moment but she knew he could change his personality a bit if it meant be kind."I know your trying to not be your other self but you can do it. I just know you can. It's just gonna take time. And besides I'll be right there next to you do so. As for me I'll try and not worry but it's going to be hard when I have tubes in my arm as well as a needle with tape over it."

He sighed and nodded, closing his eyes momentarily as he took a deep breath. He opened them after a while, nodding at her. "I know, I know." he said softly, patting her hand. "I have to go soon but I'll be back before they start the tests again. You have to promise me you'll be okay for the night, without me.."

"I'll try for you, Hunter."She muttered as she gently grasped onto his hand as she tried to stay awake the best she could but couldn't as she slowly let go of his hand and just slept.

Hunter nodded and watched her fall asleep before taking his hand away, getting his stuff and leaving. He drove home and fell asleep instantly, after setting up an alarm for early the next morning so that he woke up in time to get there. He would have to make arrangements for work in the upcoming days.

Rosie just slept for several hours on end as she snuggled close under the blankets that she was given. She somehow barely noticed he was there to begin with. Probably because she was so tired to begin with. Or something Els on the matter which would be whole entirely different.

Hunter worried half the night about work and her and him and just everything in general. The biggest reason for his personality was because of the pressure he went through in life and the stress and anxiety due to his job and the future and all things relating. After that it was just a habit, that he learned to embrace, if not necessary like. Old habits die hard, right? He fell asleep soon, but still very uncomfortably. He woke up a half hour before his alarm would go off and called in an emergency for work so that he could take a day off. It wouldn't matter if he showed up or not anyways because these days were slow and he had just recently finished a few jobs. He got dressed after taking a quick shower, grabbed a bagel and an apple and drove back to the hospital. He was by her bedside before she even woke up, resting for a while on the seat that was provided for him, eating his snacks. It was as if he'd never left

Rosie slightly turned and tossed as she kept seeing nightmares of the drug's that kept re-flashing in her mind."Hunter! Make it stop. Please stop it. I can't take the nightmares anymore as is."She said quietly as she almost screamed in pain and tried to keep control of reality but couldn't at the moment right then and now.

"Kalona, snap out if it!" he said to wake her up, to end her sub-conscious torture. He hated watching her go through this. It hurt him almost just as much. He did this to her and he would never forgive himself for it. He kissed her head to calm her down. "Shh, baby. It's okay. It'll all be over soon."

Kalona couldn't help but whimper softly as she held onto him almost a bit tightly."Hu-nter. I'm happy you're here right now."She said softly as she did wake up to see his face with pain but she knew she asked to come here. It couldn't be stopped even if they both tried so she dealt with it the best way possible. She just started to take deep breaths as she pulled him closer to the bed and rested her head against his chest with a gentle squeeze."I know it's going to be hard on the both of us. But I asked for this and I'm going through this till the end if it's going to be a bitter end then so be it. I just don't want the drugs anymore and it's going to be rough but I can make it with your help as well I bet."She breathed.

It was something about the hospitals that made Hunter feel queasy and anxious, and ironically, just sick. Or maybe it was just this particular hospital. He remembered waiting that day. His sister was brought in here with the ambulance after she had been lying in a pool of her own blood and cut, bruised skin, on the bathroom floor of their old house. He had to wait for six whole hours while they tried to save her, with the same feeling in him. But she didn't want to be saved and then she was gone, leaving Hunter alone and forever scarred. He wasn't going to sit and wait for history to repeat itself. He knew he couldn't go through that again. If something like this happened to Kalona, he would probably not make it through the day.
"We'll get through this, I know it." he promised, holding her close to his heart, feeling if he let her go, she would be gone forever. "You'll get better and we'll be fine. We'll marry, start our lives all over again. Just please, I beg you, please get through this." he whispered, shutting his eyes tight. He could feel her pain as he saw the way she looked at him. Tears stung his eyes but he his them from her. He had to be strong for her. She needed him to be strong. This was something that most people never recovered fully from, and at that moment all he wanted was for them to beat those odds.

[ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus]]

Kalona just watched him thinking she was the crazy one when it was only when she got in the hospital they both were going insane. But she could see his standpoint when he was first here with his sister and now her as well."I think we'll definitely get through this as well."She said softly as she stayed close to him."You sure, Hunter? I mean I haven't seen you like this since your sister but I don't want to push you at all after what happened."She muttered.

"I'm sure... We'll get away from this fucked up hell-hole and just start fresh. We both need this." he said slowly letting her go as the doctor came back. They were to do the thing right now so he was supposed to leave the room. "I'll be right outside." he promised her before leaving, giving her a quick kiss. "Please make her better." he asked the doctor before leaving the room.

"T-Thank you is in order I guess."She said softly and kissed him back a quick one as well. If only for, Kalona he was allowed to stay in the room everything would be better but he couldn't and so she quietly whimpered but bit down on her lip as she felt everything was going to end right then and now for drugs. She saw the tools they were going to use and how they would pump it out of her system and she thought she was so ready for this but quite honestly felt not ready. For some reason they put something in her mouth so if she screamed it would be muffled but she bit down hard on it and slowly felt everything going to work as she glanced a bit wide eyed and screamed from the pain they were taking away from her. She knew it was hard to just go with the doctor and the others taking the pain away from her but if she wanted to be clean it needed to be done.

He waited outside anxiously, nervously, his insides feeling as if they would soon come on the outside. He paced around the hall, hoping she wasn't in too much pain.

She slowly breathed or rather felt her breathing was shallower by the time they ended. Kalona just felt her eyes grew heavy as it was all gone. Finally she was done with the drugs itself and no more would she have it in her system at all."Thank god it's done for."She muttered to herself as she tried to stay awake but couldn't. Just letting sleep take over her once again.

Hunter wasn't allowed in for a while until she was fully conscious again for some reason he didn't quite understand. He sighed and groaned, dying mentally over and over. He couldn't wait anymore. He needed her to be normal once she woke up.

It took several hours till, Kalona woke up and when she did wake up she up she glanced around for, Hunter and smiled small when he was close by."I don't know if I did well or not but did I do do well? What did they even say perhaps?"She asked softly while holding his hand and beckoning him to sit on the bed beside her.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

"Oh thank god.. You're awake. What took you so long? I was dying over here. Fuck, I thought you'd never get up." he said walking to her, the worry on his face quite visible, as it was all pale and his eyes red. He had been smoking outside. A lot. He squeezed her hand. "I don't know yet.. They're gonna keep running some tests for a few days to see how well you do." he said, sitting next to her.

[ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus]]

Kalona rolled her eyes and tried to laugh but it didn't work well as she sucked in air and just rested her head against his chest."I didn't think they would make me fall asleep. Anyways I'm here and alive. I just want to go home and pack to go elsewhere like you said we're going to leave and such. I don't want to live here anymore as is."She said weakly as she held onto him and tried not to shake but did so as is.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

"I know you do.. So do I. We'll do it. I don't care where we go or what we have. We'll just leave. And never come back." he promised holding on to her hand. "Now we just have to wait and see. You need to be clean for a month at least until you are officially recovered... You need help until then. I can't risk you feeling tempted to start again." he admitted.

[ᴀʀᴏᴛʜ [hiatus]]

"But I just want to go and leave here. I can be clean for a month. I just want to go and leave this place, Hunter. I won't be tempted. I promise."She said softly as she frowned slightly and just held onto him as she couldn't help but sigh softly.

[Ruby~am I a part of the cure?]

"I know but I need to be sure... People say that but it's not as easy as it sounds. So we have to stay for just until you're completely out of this mess, then we can go wherever you want to go." he said gently, holding her against him.

Kalona just nodded and gently rested against him."Can we move somewhere near an ocean? I always wanted to get back to surfing perhaps."She said softly as she smiled at the thought of it.

"If we can afford to.. We're gonna have some shortage of money for a while but we'll get back up. Then we can do whatever we want." he promised. He didn't want to think of what they were going to do without any money and no jobs.
