I just read the description again for this book and it says it's a continuation of The Fifth Floor. Is this a book a standalone or would you have to have read that book also?

Each book can be read as a standalone , no need to have read THE FIFTH FLOOR. However for anyone who would like to read and review the first book also they can have both books!

SYNOPSIS
