same book added more than once

Hi,
In the beginning of May, I added my third book to my collection. About two and half weeks later, I see that the same book was added, and now I show two of the same book. And, I see on one of them there are three people reading it or want to read it, and on the other one, I see a 5 star rating. How does this happen? And, can we combine them? I only have three books out, but this looks like I have four (two with the same title).

Since they were identical, I combined and then merged the two, so there will only be one book. If they had been different editions they still could be combined.

Just one more thing. The person who left the 5 star rating, her name is not there with the rate. Is there any way we can add that? It may look suspicious seeing it on the book, but when you click, you don't see it. It may just be me.

When books are merged, it can take a day or two for all the reviews to show up properly. But they're still there, just hiding.
