Watcha Reading in January/February

We are nearly done with Scrappy Little Nobody. We generally only listen to audio books while in the car, so it has taken us awhile to get through the book in its entirety as we haven't had any extended travels as of late. The book has certainly kept my interest piqued. I feel like I know Anna Kendrick more than I should, but in a good way.

I completed The Fireman. As I got further into the narrative, my reading pace increased dramatically. I had reading induced insomnia as I neared the final portion of the book. I really liked the ending. I still didn't care for the female lead at the book's terminus. I'll discuss details in further length during specific listed topics for the book.

I am at the very beginning of The Kite Runner and I don't have many preconceived notions of it other than it was critically well received. I'll post more as I get into the meat of the story.
