That's awesome TL! Love it! How long will voting be open? Because maybe we can do something The 28th and I can add your facebook page and tell people to go vote or something. I will definitely put something about going to your blog to read the rest of the interviews so they can vote on their fav? I think it could be pretty cool!

That sounds like awesome fun, Ember! Never done a character interview before but I'm sure it would be bundles of fun!
They are a lot of fun! I'm excited about offering them! I already have questions set up and everything!

I love the idea Ember! Since I'm writing a historical...are the questions something they could answer in character and period?
Oh yeah definitely! I can fix a couple of them so they are there is one about super powers and another asking about tattoos but you don't have to answer those if it doesn't work with your time period!
Thanks so much ladies!
Thanks so much ladies!
So it would probably be better for my sanity if everyone just emailed me directly lol! My email is emberrainewinters@gmail.com thanks everyone!

No not at all! I ask for that at the beginning of the interview what the story is about and the characters role in it!

Would they be "meta" questions, or questions about the character's life and outlook?
Exactly! But some are fun questions too like what super power you would have and stuff like that! Its meant to be fun! The answers can be as silly or serious as you like! A lot of them talk about character too. Like what would I love about that character or hate. It gives readers a feel for who the character is as a person.

Ember, that sounds fun! I've never done anything like that before. I hope I'm not too late in finding this thread but I would love to participate.
Nope not too late I was just going through emails now! I will definitely email you shortly! I didn't realize how this would snowball so I'm already booked until April 18th. I will continue taking interviews for as long as people want to do it! I'm super excited this is going to be so much fun!!

Character interviews are a fun way to get an audience to identify with your story . They can be as serious or silly as you want them to be. I plan on doing 1 per week as long as there is interest. If anyone is interested PM me! I would like to start next week!
Thanks,
Ember
