Yes so sorry about that! If you make sure to create and EVent for the month it's easier for us to not miss it in the forum too. Xoxo

Perhaps setting up a monthly poll or Goodreads thread so people can add the names of their groups & event dates all in one place, regardless of if it was earlier in the month? I.e. There could be a poll or thread set up saying - "Are you having a July or August meet up?" and people can add their names/dates as responses. Then in August, post one that says "Are you having an August or Septrmber meet up?" so it will catch any August ones that hadn't been posted yet when the previous August shout outs were mentioned in July.
I think there's just some weird sort of post/event timing that just isn't syncing up, because wherever Shaneless in St. Louie posts, whether in 'Request events' or actually posts an event ourselves, we get missed, so there must be something about the timing of when we post our events - maybe just too early in the month? But we always post as soon as we know when it will be, so I'm not sure how to change that. Hopefully having one poll or thread that everyone can get to (separate from requesting or creating an event) would make it easier on Felicia. We as meet-ups/hang-outs would all need to post in 2 places (one for the actual event/event creation and the main thread for Felicia to read from), but she would only have to look in one, rather than 2 or 3. Does that make sense?

Yes I'm sorry maybe we create a thread in that months book folder for date/time that month? That way I just grab the events for the month from there?
I think goodreads is a bit clunky for what we need in this area. So sorry again!
