Graeme I have found that several books have been misattributed to the author Robert Boyd who is a physicist at the University of Rochester. The actual author, also a Robert Boyd, is an anthropology professor at Arizona State University. Here is his list of publications: http://robboyd.abcs.asu.edu/Publicati...
