Moved. Missing covers added and assigned to its series.

In future it's really helpful if you can mention that you have the "two-space" profile when requesting a book be moved to your profile :)

EDIT: Fishing out some others of your titles from the default profile now.

Goodreads uses extra spaces between your forename and surname on book records to differentiate you from any other authors with the same first and last. This doesn't affect how your works display, it just ensure that they get attributed to your profile. If you are adding works manually, just enter your name as Chris^^Kennedy, where the ^ is a space.
