27% (view spoiler)[ I expected to at least cry once during this book. I cried the majority of the 'Today' chapters which is either a good or bad sign (was it today? My memories hate me already). I'm not sure whenever I will love or hate this book, but I at least know that this will be a heavy read. I'm very curious on how to characters will unfold, I like Griffin right now, I don't trust Theo entirely and I'm curious about Jackson. (I hope the weather will lift a bit because now I'm holed up in my room, crying and sweating because hello Europe is on fire. (hide spoiler)]

But I like the tentative friendship that is formed between Jackson and Griffin. 83% (view spoiler)[Talking about a wild ride. This book has done a total 180 I was low-key expecting. Theo is a bit of a douche for letting Griffin hanging, for letting Jackson hanging (because I feel like Theo wasn't quite over Griffin yet) and the fact Griffin both slept with Jackson and Wade (the last one was a surprise) and that both Jackson and Griffin were 'responsible' for Theo's death. Can't wait to see how this book ends. (hide spoiler)]

How there was a bigger focus on Wade, on how Griffin is slowly recovering, that he is realising his mistakes, that his OCD is getting a bit better, and that he opened up to Wade and how they slowly eased into a relationship. I'm delighted that he and Jackson made up, a bit, and that they stayed as friends. (And that in the end, Griffin is letting go, and I'm so glad he is actually seeing a psychologist and isn't magically cured). (hide spoiler)]
