Follow up - review posted for my book which hasn't been released yet

I appreciate the comments and the feedback regarding my post about the rating on my book that hadn't been released yet. I understand that readers can rate the books through early releases or Giveaways, however I just wanted to follow up with my concern that there have been no pre-releases on my book. None at all. No one has a copy of this book. That's what's so odd and confusing.

People rate books prior to release all the time, as that is within the GR TOS, even if the book is not yet published and nobody has yet read it. If the book exists on the GR database prior to release, it can be rated.
